Professor Scott Rozelle of Stanford University Was Invited to Visit Guangjian to Analyze the "Success Code" of Top University Applications.

On the afternoon of May 21st, Stanford University Professor Scott Rozelle visited Guanghua Cambridge at the invitation of Dr. Lu Yuzong, Chairman of Guanghua Education Group, and delivered a lecture titled "Getting Ready For… and Getting Into College" to students.

Dr. Lu Yuzong and Dr. Lei Dongdong, President of Guanghua Cambridge, attended the lecture together. At the beginning of the lecture, Dr. Lu Yuzong, on behalf of Guanghua Education Group and Guanghua Cambridge, welcomed Professor Scott Rozelle and introduced Professor Rozelle to the faculty and students.
Scott Rozelle is the Helen C. Farnsworth Professor of Economics at Stanford University. His research covers agricultural economics, development economics, and the economics of poverty, with a particular focus on the economics of education, health, agriculture, and the environment. Professor Rozelle has deep ties to China. He is not only co-director of Stanford University's newest research center, the Center for Chinese Economy and Institutions (SCCEI), but also a visiting professor under the Chinese Ministry of Education's "Changjiang Scholars" program and a long-time chair of the International Advisory Board of the China Agricultural Policy Research Center.

Professor Scott Rozelle took the stage to enthusiastic applause. In this lecture, he began by discussing the admissions evaluation criteria of American universities, the materials crucial for gaining acceptance into top American institutions like Stanford, and how to master both school selection and application strategies. He provided students with an in-depth and easy-to-understand explanation of how to prepare for top American university applications. The lecture concluded with his personal insights into the types of talent needed in the future.
